SURPRISE, Ariz. — The 2025 OUAZ Men's Soccer schedule is officially set, featuring a competitive 17-match slate that includes 10 home contests at Spirit Field and a compelling lineup of GSAC matchups. The season promises excitement from start to finish, with a late August homestand, key rivalry games, and a special Senior Night celebration in early September.

The Spirit will kick off the campaign under the lights at home on August 21, taking on Nelson AZ in the season opener. OUAZ will stay in Surprise for a four-match homestand to open the year, including visits from Southern Oregon (Aug. 28) and Northwest (Aug. 30), the latter of which features a rare early morning kickoff.

The final non-conference matchup is set for September 5, when OUAZ welcomes Justice to Spirit Field for Senior Night, giving fans an early chance to honor this year's senior class.

GSAC play begins shortly after with a critical conference home opener against Benedictine Mesa on Sept. 11, followed by the first road test of the year at Park Gilbert on Sept. 13.

The Spirit will face Embry-Riddle (Sept. 18) and Park Gilbert (Sept. 25) at home before flipping the script for a tough road weekend at Benedictine Mesa (Oct. 2) and Arizona Christian (Oct. 4). 

A busy October slate will test OUAZ's depth and endurance, with four home matches in a two-week span: Soka (Oct. 9), Hope International (Oct. 11), Life Pacific (Oct. 18), and a second meeting with Arizona Christian (Oct. 23). A key road rematch at Embry-Riddle on Oct. 16 breaks up the homestand.

The Spirit wrap up the regular season on the road with visits to La Sierra (Oct. 28) and The Master's (Oct. 30).

Postseason play will follow in November with the GSAC Tournament, where teams will compete for a spot in the NAIA National Championship. Seeding will be determined by final conference standings, with additional details on the tournament schedule and location to be announced later this fall.
