CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Ottawa University Arizona men's and women's track and field teams took part Friday in day one of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championships in Cedarville, Ohio; hosted by Cedarville University. Seven athletes represented OUAZ as individuals.
"We had a really good first day," said OUAZ interim track & field head coach Breanna Leslie. " I was worried about our young freshman athletes letting the competition get to them, or the fact that we are such a small team. I thought that might bother them, but everyone who competed today did exactly what I asked of them."
