Senior Middleblocker Jessica Pearce added another national honor to her growing list of accolades, earning NAIA Third Team All-American recognition following a standout 2025 season for the Spirit. Pearce was a central force in OUAZ's success, helping guide the Spirit to a 23-5 overall record while establishing herself as one of the most efficient and impactful front-row players in the country. Her NAIA All-American selection underscores a season defined by consistency, versatility, and elite production at the net.
Pearce finished the year with 237 kills while posting a .386 hitting percentage, ranking among the top attackers nationally and highlighting her ability to score efficiently in high-pressure situations. She was equally dominant defensively, recording 105 blocks to anchor the Spirit's front line and disrupt opposing offenses throughout the season. Her all-around performance earned her NCCAA West Region Player of the Year honors, along with multiple NCCAA Player of the Week selections, further reflecting her sustained excellence over the course of the year.
In addition to her NAIA All-American recognition, Pearce was named a First Team NCCAA All-American and selected to the NCCAA West All-Region Team, adding to an already decorated postseason résumé. Her leadership and presence at the net were instrumental in OUAZ's strong finish, and her latest national honor serves as a testament to both her individual talent and the continued rise of Ottawa University Arizona women's volleyball on the national stage.
