Leali Named Second Team All-American

The NAIA announced that Giulia Leali from the OUAZ women's tennis team has been selected to the NAIA All-America Second Team.

Leali, a senior from Mantova, Italy, becomes the first player from OUAZ to be named to one of the two teams after she was named an honorable mention choice last season.

Leali complied a 10-5 singles record this season with another six matches not completed. She went 11-8 in doubles, including 8-5 when paired with Antonia Kostoff.

A two-time GSAC All-Conference selection, Leali was also the GSAC Player of the Year this season in helping the Spirit to its first GSAC regular season title.
