Box Score The OUAZ women's tennis team hit the court for its first regular season match on Friday, and it did not go any way they were hoping for. The Spirit were defeated by Western New Mexico 7-0 on Friday afternoon at the Surprise Tennis Facility.

OUAZ failed to win a single point in any of its matchups, singles or doubles. The match was clinched for the Mustangs when Katie Fyall was defeated by Nicola Gonzalez.
