The Spirit continue to perform well in preparation for the National Championships

AZUSA, Calif. - The Ottawa University Arizona track and field team competed in the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific University Friday afternoon.

The long jumpers have performed consistently this year and continued in this meet. Shamar Moreland finished in 6th place with a jump of 7.20m. Jordan Minor also competed in the long jump with a top distance of 6.91m.

In the 400m hurdles, Edward Thomas set a personal record at 1:00.67 and getting himself about one second closer to qualifying for nationals.
