Box Score PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Ottawa University Arizona women's tennis team fell on Saturday afternoon by a final of 5-1 to Lewis-Clark State College at the Phoenix Tennis Center. OUAZ's match scheduled for Saturday evening against Xavier University of Louisiana was canceled due to rain.
With the loss to Lewis-Clark State College, the Spirit fall to 1-3 on the season.
Saturday's action began with single's play and the Warriors took five of six matches from the Spirit to claim the match victory. Since Lewis-Clark State had already won the match, both teams agreed not to play any of the doubles matches.
