From the opening serve, the Spirit controlled the tempo with efficient offense and a strong presence at the net, closing out the Firestorm in three sets.
Jack Hubbard and Caeden Salmen led the charge offensively, both putting together highly efficient performances. Hubbard set the tone early and remained consistent throughout, while Salmen was nearly perfect on the attack, giving the Spirit a powerful one-two punch. At the net, Treven Clizbe and Maddux Goron played key roles defensively, combining for several crucial blocks to shut down the Firestorm late in the match.
