OUAZ Women’s Basketball Unveil 2025-26 Schedule

SURPRISE, Ariz. – Building off last year's strides and looking ahead to another competitive run, the OUAZ Spirit have unveiled their 2025-26 schedule, a slate packed with 28 contests that features a balanced mix of GSAC battles, regional showdowns, and key non-conference tests. With 13 home dates at Faith Arena, fans will have plenty of opportunities to watch the Spirit in action as they pursue another postseason push.

The journey begins with back-to-back neutral-site matchups, as OUAZ opens the campaign against Arkansas Baptist on October 31 before a quick turnaround against Oklahoma City on November 1. The first extended road swing continues with stops at Cal Maritime (Nov. 4), Pacific Union (Nov. 5), Bethesda (Nov. 14), and Nobel (Nov. 15) — an early stretch that will challenge the Spirit's depth and resilience.

OUAZ finally makes its long-awaited home debut on November 18 against Stanton, giving Spirit fans their first look at the 2025 squad. Just two days later, the team heads to Arizona Christian (Nov. 20) to open GSAC play.

December opens with a key home contest against Nelson on Dec. 2, followed by an important GSAC test at The Master's on Dec. 4 and an away matchup at Hope International on Dec. 6. The Spirit then return home for back-to-back games against Park Gilbert (Dec. 11) and Taylor (Dec. 16) to close out the month.

The new year kicks off with a home matchup against Arizona Christian (Jan. 3) before OUAZ hits the road for consecutive GSAC contests at La Sierra (Jan. 6) and Life Pacific (Jan. 8). The team returns home to host The Master's on Jan. 15, travels to Benedictine Mesa (Jan. 17), welcomes Embry-Riddle for a rivalry matchup at Faith Arena (Jan. 24), and wraps up the month with a road contest at Park Gilbert (Jan. 31).

February will be pivotal for postseason positioning. OUAZ begins with a home stretch against La Sierra (Feb. 3), Life Pacific (Feb. 5), and Bethesda (Feb. 7), followed by a home game against Bethesda (Feb. 12), and against Benedictine Mesa on Feb. 14, a road trip to Nelson (Feb. 17), a visit to Embry-Riddle (Feb. 19), and the season finale at home versus Hope International (Feb. 21).

With a balanced schedule, marquee rivalries, and crucial GSAC showdowns, the Spirit are set for an exciting campaign that will test them early and prepare them for a postseason push.
