Surprise, Ariz.- The #14 Spirit split the doubleheader against Jamestown (ND), as they wrap up their final series before they begin conference play. The split puts the Spirit at 16-8 on the year.

In game one, OUAZ baseball snapped their losing streak in the first game of their doubleheader against Jamestown, winning this one by a score of 3-2.

Jamestown jumped out to an early lead in the fourth scoring a lone run. The Spirit came back to tie things up in the sixth inning on a Joey Winters RBI single. Jamestown took the lead again in the seventh and OUAZ immediately responded with the two winning runs on a clutch Nicholas Lustig 2 RBI double.
