Windsor, Colo.- The OUAZ men's golf team earned a strong runner-up finish at The Battle at the Dance, held at Raindance National Resort and Golf in Windsor, Colorado. The Spirit placed second out of 10 teams with a total score of 894 (+30).
Liam Toole led the way for OUAZ, finishing third overall after carding a 218 (+2) over three rounds. Grant Greazel followed in a tie for 8th at 227 (+11), while both Tytan Birchell and Nick Erickson tied for 12th with scores of 228 (+12). Corley McLernon rounded out the lineup in a tie for 23rd at 233 (+17).
The Spirit will look to carry their momentum into next week's NCCAA Championship, set for October 20–22.
