In a game where neither team could pull away, the Spirit battled to the end before dropping a 63-60 GSAC contest inside Faith Arena. It was the fifth straight loss for OUAZ after starting the year with a school record 10 straight wins.
 
Angel Addleman led the Spirit with 15 points, seven rebounds and five assists, while Cierra Kiser was the only other Spirit player to reach double figures with 12 points. Tiana Sledge recorded seven points, eight rebounds, and three assists.
