SURPRISE, Ariz. -- OUAZ Baseball (14-25-1) lost to Embry Riddle 14-0 Tuesday evening. The two teams tied the season series at 2-2 each of them winning a game on the road and a game at home.
The Eagles got off to a quick start by putting up five runs in the first inning, three of those coming off a home run by Barragan into left-center off the starter Luke Tedrick. Tedrick earned the loss after surrendering five runs in two innings.Â
From there, it was all Embry RIddle, putting up another nine runs and a total of 20 hits.Â
OUAZ was only able to muster up two hits, from Nathan Tarver and Bradley Wilkison.
The Spirit will look to bounce back this weekend when they take on Westmont for the final series of the season.
