Spirit reach the Century mark against the Lions

Box Score The OUAZ Women's Basketball team hit 100 points for only the fourth time in school history as it cruised by Justice College on Tuesday night, 104-62 to move to a perfect 10-0.

"It was a great team effort," head coach Bob Henige stated after the game.  "To achieve 100 points is a symbol of how hard we've been practicing as a team and individually."

The 104 points are the second most in school history, falling behind only the game against Bethesda University of California on December 29, 2018, when OUAZ (10-0) posted 110 points.

OUAZ last hit the 100-point plateau on January 26, 2021 (a span of 64 games) against SAGU-American Indian College (100-55).

The team will now celebrate the Holiday Season before commencing GSAC play on January 4 at Jessup University.  They return home on January 11 when The Master's University comes to Faith Arena.  Grab your tickets on the Hometown Ticketing App or by clicking here.
