The Ottawa University Arizona Spirit women's volleyball team fell to the Vanguard University Lions in three sets (25-19, 25-12, 25-12) on Friday evening in Faith Arena.

The Spirit (14-12, 5-8 GSAC) were led by Sharron Wallace's six kills. Gracie Johnson had 10 assists, while Lauren Wamsley had 11 digs.

The Spirit will be back in action tomorrow afternoon when they host Hope International at 2:00 p.m.  A win against HIU will propel the Spirit into the GSAC tournament next weekend.  It will be Senior Day with the Spirit celebrating their Seniors starting at 1:45 p.m.  Get your tickets on the Hometown Tickets App or by clicking here.
