Road Trip Ends with Loss to Royals

FULLERTON, Calif. – The 24th-ranked OUAZ women's volleyball team completed its weekend in California by falling to Hope International in three sets on Saturday afternoon.

In the 18-25, 23-25, 21-25 loss, OUAZ (4-6, 0-2 GSAC) totaled 38 kills on .111 hitting. While the Spirit held Hope International (2-8, 1-1) to 38 kills, it was the nine more errors by OUAZ that proved to be the difference.

Livia De Pra had nine kills to lead the Spirit. Payton Treadwell added seven kills, while Kenzie Kuxhaus finished with 27 digs.

OUAZ will return home on Friday when they host The Master's in Faith Arena at 6 p.m.
