No. 6 OUAZ Wins at No. 3 Menlo

ATHERTON, Calif. – On Friday, the winning streak continued for No. 6 OUAZ men's volleyball as they picked up a 3-2 win at No. 3 Menlo for a ninth consecutive victory.

OUAZ (14-1, 3-0 GSAC) used a variety of options to secure the 22-25, 30-28, 25-23, 16-25, 25-12 victory. The Spirit battled through Menlo (11-3, 1-2 GSAC) finishing with a 65-62 advantage in kills by posting 14 blocks.

Jordan Moses led four Spirit players in double figures with 16 kills while adding 13 digs for his third double-double of the season. Moses also contributed a pair of service aces and two blocks.

The Spirit used the .478 hitting on 14 kills from Colin Donisthorpe to get the team attack percentage to .242. Quaid King added 12 kills, and Emery Outin had 11.

While OUAZ didn't completely slow the attack of the Oaks, giving up .273 hitting to the home team, the Spirit was able to do enough with 61 digs. Tatum Gray had 18 of those digs to lead all players.

OUAZ will return home for six consecutive matches, starting March 4 against Hope International.
