Spirit Look For Sweep of Arizona Christian

It is a critical week for OUAZ women's basketball, as they currently sit two games out of a conference tournament spot behind Menlo College. The Spirit have a chance to pull themselves within one game on Saturday, as they host rival Arizona Christian at Faith Arena.

The Spirit will be looking for the series sweep of the Firestorm for the first time in program history. Kirsten Shinske scored 41 points, and Natasa Radovic added 38 in the 93-88 victory on January 4. At the time, Shinske's 41 was the second-most in a single game in the NAIA this season, and Radovic's ranked fourth. Those performances are now third and eighth this year, respectively.

Radovic continues her historic freshman season, as she ranks 12th in the country in double-doubles. She leads the Spirit in most categories, and is the OUAZ player to start all 21 games this season.

Rebounding continues to be a major strength for OUAZ, as they rank second in the NAIA in total rebounds per game. They can get it done on both ends, as they rank fifth in defensive rebounds per game and (31.1) ninth in offensive rebounds per game (15.9).
