SURPRISE, Ariz. – The OUAZ men's volleyball team completed their season with a loss to the Concordia Eagles in 3 sets at Willow Canyon High School.

OUAZ (13-8, 4-5 GSAC) gave a great initial effort against the Concordia University Eagles( Irvine) (11-15) in their last home game of the season. The Spirit took the Eagles into plus points only giving up the set at 31-29. That first set was the lowest of Concordia's hitting percentages of the match at .270 against the Spirit's .179.
 
Sets one and two followed with a strong performance from the Eagles, earning 16 blocks for the match. Bryan Ilena led the Spirit with two blocks for the match and Jacob Smith led with 9 kills. Senior Brandon Davis led his team with 12 digs for the match.
  
The Spirit will play their final regular season match on Thursday when they play at Arizona Christian University in Phoenix, Ariz. to complete their GSAC season. The game will start at 7:00 pm.
