The OUAZ women's soccer team traveled up to Rocklin, Calif. in hope of improving its conference record to 5-0 Saturday. While the game did not start the way the Spirit envisioned, they got the result they were striving toward.

The Spirit scored three unanswered goals in the second half to defeat William Jessup on 3-1 on Saturday morning. OUAZ remains undefeated in conference play and improves its record to 12-3.

Breanna Brumet got the scoring started for the Spirit in the 48'. Then in the 66' Haley Howard netted her fourth of the season, and 4:21 later, Paige Murray-Hernandez put OUAZ up 3-1.

The Spirit were relentless offensively, as they registered 19 shots (15 on target). They also had 14 corner kicks.

Krysten Caballero made two key saves in the second half to keep the Warriors off the board in the final 45 minutes. It was Caballero's 13th win of the season.

The Spirit return home next Saturday in its final regular season home game. OUAZ hosts Vanguard, and kickoff from Spirit Field is scheduled for 11am.
