OUAZ (2019-Present)

In his season as the interim head coach during the 2019-20 season, Moss guided the Spirit to a 12-14 overall record to set the program record for wins in a season. The team was in contention for a spot in the GSAC Tournament into the season's final weekend before finishing 5-13 in conference play. The Spirit battled injuries throughout the entire season with 11 different players making at least one start during the year. Through it all, the first season with Moss as head coach resulted in the program’s first-ever all-GSAC and NAIA honorable mention All-American selection in freshman Natasa Radovic.
