Trace Allshouse enters his first season with OUAZ as the Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator, bringing a hands-on, physical approach to offensive line play and a passion for developing student-athletes on and off the field.
Allshouse has built his coaching resume with experience at both the FBS and NAIA levels. At Florida International University (FBS), he worked with the offensive line and running backs as a Graduate Assistant, helping lead the Panthers to a dramatic improvement up front—finishing first in Conference USA for fewest sacks allowed in 2024. He also served as the Offensive Line Coach at Missouri Baptist University (NAIA) and as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach at St. Thomas University (NAIA). His work at St. Thomas produced multiple all-conference selections and a Second Team AP All-American, helping anchor one of the conference’s top offensive lines.
A former offensive lineman himself, Allshouse played at powerhouse University of Mount Union, where he contributed to multiple OAC championships and deep NCAA playoff runs. That playing experience, combined with his coaching background, has shaped a coaching philosophy centered on toughness, communication, and execution in the trenches.
Originally from Florida, Allshouse earned his Master’s degree in Sports Administration with Honors Distinction from St. Thomas University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Mount Union, where he also minored in Coaching.
