Jesse Cartnal

Jesse Cartnal is in his second season as the OUAZ Director of Football Operations and Recruiting after joining the staff before the 2019 season. He came to the Spirit after two years as the Recruiting/Operations Assistant at Ohio University.
 
Cartnal started his career as the Student Recruiting Assistant at Kent State University before moving to Texas State University as the Recruiting Analyst for one season.
 
Originally from Newark, Ohio, Cartnal earned his Bachelors of Science in Sports Administration from Kent State University in 2017.
