Coach Coach Montroy has been a regional director for No Doubt Showcases since 2020. No Doubt runs showcase camps and tournaments across the country, helping players learn from and be seen by college scouts.
 He is a founding partner of a baseball organization in Michigan that has become one of the biggest baseball organizations in the state. Michigan’s Premier Baseball has over 20 teams throughout the state and has had many players get recruited to play college baseball since its existence in 2014. Â
Coach Montroy has spent the last decade coaching at various levels. This includes a head coaching role for multiple years and age groups at the summer level. From 2015-2019 he was an assistant coach at the high school level in Michigan.
