Surprise, Ariz.-- OUAZ Athletics has announced the appointment of Justice Graham as the Director of Spirit Programs, officially removing her interim tag following a period of strong leadership and continued success. Graham assumes the role after stepping in earlier this year and will continue to oversee the university's spirit programs while leading the OUAZ Dance Team.
An alumna of OUAZ, Graham has served as the head dance coach and has quickly established herself as a leader committed to excellence, athlete development, and competitive success. In 2025, she guided the OUAZ Dance Team to a first-place finish at NDA College Dance Nationals, marking a historic achievement for the program and elevating the national profile of OUAZ Spirit Athletics. Building on that momentum, the team followed up with an impressive 2026 showing, placing third in Pom and fourth in Hip Hop at the national championships.
Graham brings a well-rounded background to the role, combining extensive dance experience with professional expertise in mental health, leadership, and team development. Her approach prioritizes mental resilience, confidence, and performance readiness, helping student-athletes thrive both in competition and in their personal growth.
In addition to her collegiate coaching responsibilities, Graham has served as the Varsity Pom Head Coach at Willow Canyon High School for three seasons. She also brings elite performance experience as a halftime dancer at the 2023 Super Bowl featuring Rihanna, reinforcing her understanding of high-level performance environments.
Now officially leading the program, Graham will continue to focus on fostering a positive and disciplined team culture while building on the momentum of OUAZ's recent success. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes athlete well-being, accountability, and excellence both on and off the floor.
