Surprise, Ariz. — The OUAZ Spirit women's basketball team earned a solid win over La Sierra by setting the tone early on the defensive end and staying composed through four competitive quarters. A dominant start and consistent contributions throughout helped the Spirit secure the victory.

1st quarter: The Spirit took control immediately, holding La Sierra to just 8 points in a dominant opening quarter. Tiana Sledge led the offense with 6 points, while Brianna Humphries added 4 points and 4 rebounds as OUAZ established early momentum.
