Box Score GILBERT, Ariz. – The OUAZ women's volleyball team continued their winning momentum on Saturday afternoon, sweeping Park Gilbert in three sets at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Behind dominant serving and balanced offensive production, the Spirit controlled the match from start to finish to extend their winning streak.

Set 1 (25-11): OUAZ came out firing and completely controlled the opening frame against Park Gilbert. The Spirit set the tone with dominant play at the net and sharp execution across the floor. Bella Reach and Lauren Wamsley each tallied four kills, powering the offense, while Jessica Pearce made her presence felt defensively with three big blocks. At the service line, Ana Newcomb and Reegan Shoquist each delivered an ace, adding to the momentum as OUAZ rolled through the set with authority.

Set 2 (25-14): The Spirit kept their foot on the gas in the second set, once again showcasing their depth and balance. Newcomb and Shoquist each fired in another ace to keep the Buccaneers off rhythm, while Reach stayed consistent with four more kills. Delaney Wilson took over at the net, leading the way with five kills in the frame as OUAZ continued to dominate and maintain complete control of the match.

Set 3 (26-24): The final set turned into a hard-fought, back-and-forth battle as both sides traded points and momentum. OUAZ's serving proved to be the difference, with Shoquist delivering two aces, Emma Thompson adding one, and Wamsley stepping up with an ace of her own. Wamsley also paced the offense with four kills, giving the Spirit the edge they needed to close out the match and secure the sweep.
