Box Score Surprise, Ariz. - The OUAZ women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Carroll College on Saturday in non-conference action at Spirit Field.
The Saints built momentum early, finding the net twice in the first half before adding a third goal after the break. Despite several chances created by the Spirit, the Carroll defense held strong to secure the shutout.
Goalkeeper Jordan Gentile stood tall in net for the Spirit, making five key saves throughout the match. Despite the team falling 0-3, Gentile's quick reactions and strong positioning kept Carroll from increasing their lead, showing resilience and leadership between the posts.
