SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — The OUAZ Spirit women's basketball team faced a tough challenge against The Master's Mustangs, who controlled the game from start to finish. Despite steady scoring contributions across all four quarters, the Spirit were unable to overcome the Mustangs' momentum in a difficult road matchup.

1st quarter (8-16): The opening period saw The Master's control the tempo as the Spirit tried to find their rhythm. Jana Solee, Tiana Sledge, Brianna Humphries, and Charli Cook each chipped in 2 points, but the Mustangs held the upper hand early.

2nd quarter (17-33): The Master's continued to dictate the pace in the second quarter. Payton Sheridan provided the Spirit's scoring with a three-pointer, but OUAZ faced an uphill battle heading into halftime.

3rd quarter (29-56): Solee sparked the offense out of the break with a strong 8-point quarter, giving the Spirit some momentum. However, the Mustangs maintained control and kept their lead intact.

4th quarter (40-75): Brianna Humphries added 4 points in the final quarter as the Spirit continued to battle, but The Master's stayed in command throughout, closing out the game for a wire-to-wire victory.
