The OUAZ women's basketball team lost to Hope International on the road 78-54 on Thursday night. It was the sixth straight loss after winning the first 10 games of the year.
 
Angel Addleman led the Spirit with 17 points, while Tiana Sledge came off the bench to score 11 points. Cierra Kiser added a team-high eight rebounds.
 
OUAZ, already standing last in the league for three-point field goal percentage, missed all 13 shots from beyond the arch. Hope International (11-5, 3-3 GSAC) hit 12 of 38 three's on the night.
 
OUAZ (10-6 overall, 0-6 GSAC) will travel to Costa Mesa to take on Vanguard University on Saturday.
