Surprise, Ariz. - OUAZ Baseball (14-28-1) wrapped their final game at home of the season Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the Spirit fell by the score of 16-1 on Senior day.
OUAZ ends with a record of 9-12 at home.
Trey Trimble got the start on the bump but he did earn the loss after allowing nine runs in 3+ innings of work.
Nicholas Lustig was the lone batter in the Spirit lineup to record multiple hits, as he had two singles and a walk.
Fan favorite and senior, Takakki Tsuji, hit a double off the wall in the seventh just nearly missing a home run.
Trevor Smith threw a scoreless two innings out of relief for
Jeffrey Gehr.

Bryce Lopez threw a scoreless inning himself in his only outing of the season.
