SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – The OUAZ men's volleyball team completed a perfect road trip with a 3-0 sweep of The Master's in a Golden State Athletic Conference match on Friday night.
OUAZ (10-3, 5-2 GSAC) saw little resistance for the second straight night in winning 25-15, 25-12, 25-17. The Spirit finished with a 37-19 advantage in kills and they hit .409 while holding the Mustangs to .095 hitting.
Quaid King led the Spirit with 10 kills on a .273 hitting night. He also contributed five digs and a pair of service aces. James Yanher added eight kills, five digs, four blocks, and two aces.
The Spirit totaled eight aces as a team and posted 26 digs and six blocks.
Joaquin Santa Cruz had nine digs and
Conner Duyck finished with five blocks.
Ian Fields delivered 28 assists.
OUAZ now returns home to host No. 7 Benedictine Mesa on February 28 at 6 p.m. in Faith Arena.
