SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The OUAZ women's volleyball team saw its season come to an end on Saturday as Westmont earned a 3-0 sweep at Murchison Gymnasium.
 
OUAZ ends its season with a 7-20 overall record and 3-15 in the Golden State Athletic Conference for a ninth-place finish.
 
The Spirit struggled to find much offense on Saturday as the totaled just 27 kills. They had a decent start with 10 kills and .300 hitting in the first set, but they struggled from there as Westmont (24-6, 14-4 GSAC) completed the sweep.
 
Sharron Wallace led OUAZ with nine kills while Austin Edwards added eight. Katie Defer finished with seven kills and eight digs.
 
Leni Bartley closed her career with 13 digs to give her 854 in her Spirit career.
