Coach Shawn Yohn has been a dedicated leader in high school football since 2004, building a reputation for developing disciplined, championship-caliber programs and mentoring student-athletes both on and off the field.
From 2017 to 2020, he served as Defensive Coordinator at Louisville Central High School (Louisville, KY), where he helped guide the program to a 2018 Kentucky State Championship and four state semifinal appearances. His defenses were known for their toughness, preparation, and relentless style of play.
Following his success as a coordinator, Coach Yohn became Head Coach at Eastern High School in Louisville, Kentucky (2021–2023), continuing his commitment to player development and program growth. He just finished in final year at his Alma mater as Head Coach at Rogers High School in Puyallup, Washington (2023–2025).
In addition to his high school coaching experience, Coach Yohn was selected to coach in the prestigious O-D All-American Game from 2017 to 2019, working with elite national talent and collaborating with top coaches from across the country.
A graduate of Grand Canyon University, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership, organization, and athletic administration.
Beyond football, Coach Yohn is a devoted family man. He has been married to Christine Yohn for 35 years and is the proud father of three adult daughters: Nichole, Marisa, and Gabrielle.
