Baylie is an Arizona native from Payson, AZ. She graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with her bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. Then went on to Weber State University to get her master's in athletic training.
After getting her master's degree, she went on to work at Abilene Christian University and work with their Cross Country and Track & Field team. Where she helped them get a Women’s Indoor Track & Field Southland Conference Championship in 2021. Then she came to Arizona and worked at a couple high schools for a year. Then, she went on as an athletic trainer at Barca Residency Academy in Casa Grande, where she worked with elite youth soccer players for the last two years.
