OUAZ Athletics

Born and raised in Santa Ana California. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2022 from Ottawa University Arizona. She received her Masters degree in the Art of Leadership in 2022 from Ottawa University Arizona. Serrano started with the beach team on October 1, 2024 and will be going into her first season with the Spirit.

Before OUAZ 
Serrano was an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Santa Ana College from June 2021 through June 2022. Serrano was also a girls club Director for OC Resilient volleyball club in Santa Ana, California from April 2021- June 2022. She then became a girls club Director for Volitude Volleyball Club in Downey CA from January 2024-October 2024. Right after graduation in 2022, Serrano has been an Assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for OUAZ Beach.

Playing career 

Serrano played 1 season of indoor and 2 seasons of beach at Santa Ana College where she was first team all-conference for both indoor and beach. Serrano then transferred to Ottawa University Arizona where she finished her collegiate career in Beach Volleyball. During her time at OUAZ she was the 1s pair throughout her career. She was a GSAC first team all-conference player in 2019 and 2021. She received the AVCA top flight award in 2019. She was an NAIA all American in 2021. She won 2 National Championships with the Spirit in 2019 and 2021. Serrano was just inducted into the Santa Ana Unified School District Wall of Fame on September 16^th  2024.

Serrano resides in surprise with her dog Bentley.
