Liz Blalock was named the head coach of the OUAZ cheer & dance programs in July of 2022.
Blalock has spent time as the competition choreographer and assistant coach at Grand Canyon University and with the Phoenix Suns Sundance Kids. She also worked as the pom coach at Notre Dame Preparatory High School and as an assistant coach for the Arizona State University Spirit Squad.
Blalock was a member of the Arizona Cardinals Cheerleaders, Arizona Rattlers Sidewinders, and Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad. She continues to work as a guest choreographer for the Cardinals Cheerleaders and Rattlers Sidewinders.
Along with her choreographing roles, Blalock works as a fitness instructor and also spent time as a physical education teacher.
Blalock earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Arizona State University, where she also was a member of the ASU Dance Team.
