With strong play across every flight, the Spirit showcased their depth, chemistry, and competitive edge, earning a clean 5-0 sweep in convincing fashion.
Flight 4 set the tone early, as Katy Shockey and Alicia Romero cruised to a convincing straight-sets victory, 21-15 and 21-7. The momentum carried into Flight 2, where Olga Romero and Shea Marovich faced a tougher challenge but responded with resilience, bouncing back after dropping the first set to secure the win, 18-21, 21-14, 15-7.
The Spirit continued to roll in Flight 3, with Shayna Martinez and Railey Dykstra putting together a dominant showing, winning 21-7 and 21-10. Flight 5 followed suit, as Marielle Ramos and Gabriela Corrales controlled their match from start to finish, earning a 21-5, 21-12 victory to clinch the team win.
