OUAZ Names Justice Graham as Interim Director of Spirit Programs

OUAZ Athletics has announced the appointment of Justice Graham as Interim Director of Spirit Programs, effective immediately. Graham steps into the role following the departure of Kari Kratchman and will oversee the university's spirit programs while continuing her leadership with the OUAZ Dance Team.

An alumna of OUAZ, Graham has served as the head dance coach for the Spirit and has quickly established herself as a leader committed to excellence, athlete development, and competitive success. In 2025, she played a key role in guiding the OUAZ Dance Team to a first-place finish at NDA College Dance Nationals, marking a historic achievement for the program and further elevating the national profile of OUAZ Spirit Athletics.

Graham brings a unique and well-rounded background to the interim role, combining extensive dance experience with professional expertise in mental health, leadership, and team development. Her approach prioritizes mental resilience, confidence, and performance readiness, helping student-athletes thrive both in competition and in their personal growth.

In addition to her collegiate coaching responsibilities, Graham has served as the Varsity Pom Head Coach at Willow Canyon High School for three seasons. She also brings elite performance experience as a halftime dancer at the 2023 Super Bowl featuring Rihanna, further reinforcing her understanding of high-level performance environments.

As Interim Director of Spirit Programs, Graham will focus on maintaining continuity, fostering a positive and disciplined team culture, and supporting the ongoing success of OUAZ's spirit teams. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes athlete well-being, accountability, and excellence both on and off the floor.
