Box Score Surprise, Ariz. – The OUAZ men's soccer team dropped an early morning match on Saturday, falling 2-5 to Northwest University in non-conference action at Spirit Field.
Northwest jumped out quickly, scoring three times in the first half to build an early advantage. OUAZ got on the board before halftime with a goal from Jesus Torres in the 13th minute, but the Eagles added two more after the break to stay in control. Pablo Vasquez found the net in the second half for the Spirit in the 85th minute, yet the comeback effort fell short.
