SPIRIT STILL UNBEATEN ON HOME TURF

The OUAZ Spirit and the Mountaineers of Eastern Oregon University played to a nil-nil tie at Spirit Field.
 
Between the two sides their were 31 shots total, however accuracy was not the top of mind as only nine of those shots were on target.
 
With the tie, the all-time series now stands at 0-1-1.   In 180 minutes of action against the Mountaineers (0-0-2), the Spirit (2-0-2) have yet to score, while only allowing one goal.
 
The team will be back in action on Labor Day Monday as they take on Southern Oregon (2-0-0) who received votes in the NAIA Top 25 poll.  Tickets are available on the Hometown Ticket App or by clicking here.
